Room perfectly clean and acceptable for the stay. Nice city view opened up some interesting sights right from the Small Double Room.
It lacked a full bathroom—just toilet/shower stalls and a handbasin in the main room. Limited space for clothes storage with only four hangers on the wall made unpacking a challenge. Cramped quarters. definitely not workable for two people. feels a bit like a step up from a hostel experience, lacking a proper workspace and decent furniture quality.

The location was amazing, just a short stroll from vibrant spots like Praca do Comercio and Rossio Square, perfect for exploring Lisbon. My room had a lovely little balcony, which was a nice touch for soaking in the city vibe. The thoughtful welcome with Douro wine and fresh custard tarts made for a delightful start to my stay. Unfortunately, the elevator only goes to the first floor, which meant a couple of stairs to lug my bags up.

The daily complimentary fruit and beverages were a nice touch, making for a pleasant little perk during the stay. The proximity to public transport made getting around a breeze, with easy access to popular attractions within walking distance.
The room was extremely compact, making it a challenge to open luggage without tripping over things—definitely not suited for two people staying together. Noise levels could be an issue, particularly from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which interrupted a good night’s sleep. The shower and toilet setup left little room for privacy, which could be awkward if sharing space. Lastly, the lack of an elevator access from the ground floor meant lugging bags up a flight of stairs, which isn’t ideal after a long trip.

Unfortunately, there are no common areas to relax or socialize, which might feel isolating for some travelers.

The hotel was perfectly located in the city center, allowing us to explore local eateries and attractions on foot. The staff provided thoughtful welcome gifts, which were a nice touch after a long bike ride. Daily housekeeping kept our room comfortable and clean, ideal after a day of cycling.
The noise from the street was quite noticeable, which disrupted our sleep.

it was noisy from the street, which made it hard to sleep. also, the reception area was way too small and felt kinda cramped.

The hotel boasts a central location that makes it easy to enjoy nearby attractions and quiet streets for restful nights. Staff members were exceptionally friendly, checking in daily after my medical emergency, which made my solo stay feel more secure and supportive. The room was spacious and eco-friendly, enhancing comfort during my visit. On the downside, some noise from the street was noticeable, and more clothing storage options would have been helpful. Though a little pricey, the delicious snacks offered were a tasty addition to the experience.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help, like when I needed a late check-out and they accommodated me without any hassle. The location was a goldmine—right in the center! So many places to explore by foot! !
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it’s still acceptable.
